Our office is accepting donations for our holiday food drive to benefit local pantries. If assistance is needed unloading items, please contact our office at 847-346-5565. Thank you! Legal Help Desk Opening at Library
Our office is proud to partner with Evanston Public Library to offer free legal consultations to patrons. Increasing access to justice is important.
2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each Month, 6-8 pm

USCIS Increases Filing Fees for First Time in 6 Years
For the first time in six years, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will increase filing fees for some applications and petitions. On average, there will be a 21% fee increase. The new fees go into effect on December 23, 2016; thus, new forms postmarked or filed on or after December 23rd must include the new fee amounts.
